About Me

LeighHi there everyone I am Leigh Adams and I had been suffering from Panic Attacks for over 6 years. Something I never expected to experience in my life to be honest but also one I wish I never had. They are probably the worse thing that you could inflict on someone and surely something that takes a while to get over too.

You should never suffer in silence with Panic Attacks and you are not alone. There are millions of people everyday that suffer and if you want any value in your life then you should make sure that you are not one of them .

My newsletter will tell you more about me and my story and how I managed to get rid of panic attacks for good, So I hope you will join me and become a part of the solution for getting rid of your panic attacks for good.

But If you enjoy reading and want to know more then here goes.

I had a pretty good childhood to be honest until one day my parents decided to divorce. At the time it came as quite a shock. I was only 14 at the time and it had a big impact on what was to follow.

Deciding to live with my Dad rather than my mum who I had been very close to for a long time was a journey in itself. I got mixed up with the wrong crowd and started drinking and fighting, didn't go to school and completely messed up my exams as a result. At the time my grandma had a brain haemorrhage but lived for a couple of years. Although it was devastating to see her deteriorate. My grandfather then died shortly after with cancer and I was at the hospital at the time he died.

I then decided to join the army as I had no qualifications and thought I may as well. Well the junior army was very challenging in those days and I decided it wasn't right for me. On leaving I went to College to study. But didn't get very far and decided I needed a new challenge.

Went for a job as a trainee estate agent and managed to get it. As the chap asked me to sell him a sellotape holder which made its impression from my sales pitch.

I was always positive and have worked now in lots of high profile jobs, training and mentoring being a part of them. But when the panic attacks started that was when things started to change.

Mainly due to the increase in stress that you have through lifestyle. No longer just being able to shrug things off and stay positive and wander onto other things. Anxiety really was the worse thing that ever happened to me. It affected my driving, my job, my relationship.

Leading to divorce and also the fact that my kids stayed with their mum and then moved over 2hrs drive away. At the time I couldn't drive the car as my anxiety was still taking hold. It was punishing knowing that I would only see my kids every 4 weeks due to this.

So my battle with anxiety took place and this is what I would like to share with you in my newsletter. It is not just about anxiety but about life. How to stay positive, that you need belief and confidence to move forward in your life. So rather than bore you hear - sign up to my newsletter and have some fun.

See you there
