Panic Away Does It Work
The panic away
program does work but to be honest I am fed up off seeing websites
that just point you straight to the panic away course. Having suffered from panic attacks for years I understand
that this is a truly sensitive position to be in and one that should be treated so.
The reason I looked into panic away by Barry McDonagh was
purely due to desperation. When your desperate you will try absolutely anything. I also don't think that everyone
has the same symptoms to be honest neither. They might be similar to some degree but not necessarily the same. Here
is my story if you haven't read my about me page.

Well I will try and cut this short but here goes. I started
feeling dizzy all the time and thought I was going to fall over. Then when I was driving my car I would get dizzy
and felt completely out of control of it. This brought on major palpitations and the panic just set in. Most of the
time I just had to leave the car where it was and get someone to come and pick me up.
So I went to the doctors and he said that I was suffering from
vertigo and gave me some tablets. A few weeks later the situation was getting worse and I went back to the doctors
who wasn't sure what was wrong with me.
Just so you can see I did Buy Panic Away - you can
see my receipt below

I was under an extreme amount of stress at the time at work
and also my first son was just born and had colic. I was up most of the night and suffering from sleep deprivation
as well. Then I went to a family birthday and when I woke up the next day we went to a friends house for
coffee.
As I drunk the coffee this explosion came out of nowhere and
my heart was racing but not only that I burst into tears and was shaking all over. I phoned the NHS help line in
desperation - I was crying and crying, I felt like throwing myself out of the car, I felt like I was a failure, I
felt like I was just having a complete breakdown.

To be honest I am shaking writing this as the
memory of it today still haunts me and I would never want to go back to that situation ever again.
I managed to get to the hospital where the Doctor gave me some tablets and told me to see my
GP.
Back to the GP and this is what he told
me "Panic Attacks Will Not Kill
You" phone this number and get help. Well I tell
you I could have pulled him over the desk and planted him one to be fair. This is what happens when
you talk to people who have not had the displeasure of suffering from then.
The truth is over time you do learn that panic
attacks won't kill you but when they first come you haven't got a clue what they will do to you.
Not until you push your mind to the boundaries anyway. So I needed help what should I
do?
Have a watch of the video to the left which
also shows you how panic attacks tend to build up. It is a really useful video and should help you
understand what is going on.

What did I try to stop my anxiety and panic?
I looked into hypnotherapy but all that happened was I had a
panic attack when I was there and this caused me even more trouble.
I tried cranial osteopathy this was great and did help but I
think it was more of a relaxation method than anything else.
I bought a breathing device to help with everyone's advice on
breathing properly
I tried CBT and that did help to some degree but was cut off
short by the NHS
Basically I tried everything and in the end I had to take 3
months of work to deal with it. Panic attacks really only go away when your mind is in a state that you can make
them go away. A bit like giving up smoking to be honest, no point trying if you are not in the right frame of mind
to do it.
Anyway I was in a complete mess and you can find out more
about me and my story in my newsletter on the home page. This is a truly inspiring insight into my life which
should be able to help you.
One of the things I looked for on the internet was the panic
away technique. I had never heard off Barry McDonagh before but the panic away method did look like something which
could help. The reason i was so interested is that Joe (or Barry as he is sometimes referred too) had suffered from
anxiety and panic himself.
Please keep reading on the next few pages to find out more
about the panic away book.
