What To Take For Anxiety Attacks
When people ask me what to take for anxiety attacks
there really are quite a few options depending upon what issues you are having. If you have severe anxiety then you
really need to look at longer term options. If you have slight anxiety at certain times then these will be a
different option.

Before deciding what to take for anxiety
attacks watch the video to the right which shows you how panic and anxiety attacks start to build
up in your system.
This will help you better understand how the process starts. What you need to
know is that anxiety does happen to a lot of people so you are not alone on this
one.
I tried lots of different options to deal with anxiety from using sprays in
your mouth to calm you down, to herbal pills, HTTP, Fish Oil.
To some degree they did help at the time but it is only a short relief and
probably more of a comforter than anything else.
What you really need is a long term option which will allow you deal with the
anxiety attacks before they start rising.

My recommendation on what to take for anxiety attacks
If you know how to control the anxiety then you are one step
forward to getting rid of them. A good program I used and the recommendation I have as to what to take for anxiety
attacks is the Panic Away Program. The reason being is that Joe describes in his book what is called the one
move technique.

Now it might sound a little bit strange but it is about
inviting the anxiety into yourself and learning how to then reduce the fear and the symptoms that this causes. It
really is a good option rather than taking medication as medication normally takes a few weeks to start and once
started it also takes a while to come off it as well.
Medication might sometimes be needed however depending on the severity of
your condition. Sometimes anxiety is caused by the reduction of serotonin in the brain and therefore you might
not be capable of dealing with daily life in the way that you normally would.
In my experience I have found that panic attacks and anxiety
are both formed through stress. Where there is just so much going on in your mind that you begin to question
yourself and your ability to do things. Then a lack of confidence happens which leaves you in an even more negative
frame of mind.
Then once negativity sets in you are bombarded by the "what
if" syndrome where everything you do is then questionable. So you need to take it one step at a time and build that
"belief and confidence" back up so that your mind is concentrating on the positives rather than the negative
aspects of your life.
You can also try some of the above options but generally
anxiety is a state of mind and it is learning to be positive and not worry about the anxiety. So being more
confident and believing in yourself.
